Data Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve the data platform used across hirify.global.
• Improve the developer experience for building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Enable reliable and secure access to the data warehouse for employees and AI agents.
• Strengthen security, governance, and data quality across data assets.
• Define and implement standard data practices across the organization.
• Maintain and evolve core data infrastructure to support international expansion and product growth.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience demonstrating impact in data-related positions.
• Experience building and operating production data infrastructure, including orchestration, cloud data warehouses, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience designing systems, tools, or libraries used by engineers, scientists, or analysts.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with a rigorous and precise approach to engineering.
• Curiosity about AI and interest in applying it thoughtfully to increase impact.
• Fluent, clear English in written and spoken communication; French is not required.
