DevOps Engineer (Jenkins)

What you will do

• Maintain and extend Jenkins pipelines and shared libraries, including migration from GitLab pipelines.
• Build, package, and test Python and Java applications as Docker images using Gradle and Make-based builds.
• Maintain Terraform and Ansible automation for cloud and on-premises test environments.
• Support provisioning across virtualization platforms and maintain test infrastructure.
• Automate system, upgrade, performance, security, and static-analysis testing.
• Monitor pipeline health, investigate failures, and improve release speed and reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, release engineering, or build and infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience, preferably with Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker, including image creation and containerized workloads.
• Experience with Java or Python for building, packaging, and testing applications.
• Linux administration, Bash scripting, Git, and GitLab workflows, including GitLab runners.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud or virtualization platform: AWS, Azure, GCP, or VMware; strong troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Terraform, Ansible, Gradle, Make, Jenkins Groovy, or Jenkins shared libraries.
• Experience with Hyper-V, KVM, bare-metal provisioning, security scanning tools, or Kubernetes.
