Master Data Management Consultant (MDM)

What you will do

• Lead and deliver enterprise Master Data Management projects for clients across industries.
• Design and implement scalable MDM strategies, architectures, and governance frameworks.
• Translate client business needs into effective data management solutions.
• Implement MDM platforms such as IBM, Informatica, or comparable tools.
• Perform data profiling, quality assessment, and data cleansing initiatives.
• Support data stewardship programs and advise clients on MDM and data governance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering MDM or analytical solutions in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, including customer, product, and supplier data.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Zagreb, Croatia.

Nice to have

• Experience with leading MDM tools such as Informatica or IBM.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and data stewardship programs.
