Events Manager (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Ghent, Belgium; regular travel across Europe and occasional travel farther afield is required.

What you will do

• Own and coordinate hirify.global’s global events programme across Europe, the UK and the US, covering more than 50 events annually.
• Plan and deliver trade shows, conferences, customer and partner events, webinars and roadshows from concept through follow-up.
• Build hirify.global’s events presence in France and work with Sales to convert events into commercial pipeline.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, travel, accommodation, stand builds, catering, merchandise, lead capture and ROI reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and technology partners on promotions, webinars, joint activations and VIP events.
• Lead and coach two regional Events Coordinators while improving event processes, playbooks and HubSpot data capture.

Requirements

• End-to-end B2B event management experience and the ability to manage a high volume of events and competing priorities.
• Experience working across multiple regions and markets, with strong project management, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience coaching or leading at least one team member.
• Strong supplier, partner and senior stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and independent working style.
• Fluent French and English are required.
• Comfort using Canva, Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom; HubSpot experience is preferred.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or logistics.
• Experience with event strategy, budgeting and ROI reporting.
