Senior UA Manager (Web Apps & Funnels)

What you will do

• Build the user acquisition strategy, including channel mix, budgets, benchmarks, and KPIs.
• Launch and scale install and in-app event campaigns across Google Ads App campaigns and Apple Search Ads.
• Run and scale Meta and TikTok campaigns while testing additional paid and social channels.
• Own measurement through MMP setup, SKAN and ATT strategy, event mapping, cohort ROAS, and LTV analysis.
• Lead creative testing and collaborate with design on advertising creatives and store assets.
• Report on spend, installs, CPI, CPA, retention, ROAS, and payback, and advise leadership on next steps.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in mobile app user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Strong track record of growing native iOS and Android apps through paid media.
• Senior hands-on experience with Google Ads App campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Deep knowledge of iOS and Android practices, including ATT, SKAdNetwork, Google Play policies, and store optimization basics.
• Experience with an MMP and cohort analysis covering retention, LTV, and ROAS curves.
• Clear spoken English and excellent written English; must be based in Poland for the remote B2B engagement.

• Experience with subscription or in-app purchase apps.
• Experience scaling apps across multiple countries.
• App Store Optimization experience.
