Senior AI Engineer / Agentic AI Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build enterprise-grade AI solutions using large language models and agentic AI frameworks.
• Architect multi-agent systems supporting planning, reasoning, tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and state management.
• Build production-ready RAG platforms using structured and unstructured enterprise data, vector and graph databases, and advanced search techniques.
• Develop scalable Python APIs and AI services, and deploy open-source LLMs in production environments.
• Implement LLM evaluation, guardrails, observability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps teams while mentoring engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and generative AI.
• Expert Python skills and experience building production-grade backend systems, RESTful APIs, microservices, asynchronous applications, and scalable architectures.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, transformer architectures, embedding models, RAG, agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with tools and platforms such as LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, vector databases, graph databases, and evaluation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with model deployment, inference engines, GPU optimization, quantization, Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, and cloud AI platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, information technology, engineering, or a related field; strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Banking or financial services experience and knowledge of enterprise AI governance, responsible AI, SAMA, or NCA environments.
• Experience building AI copilots, enterprise AI assistants, document intelligence, OCR, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Appian, Camunda, Pega, or other BPM and workflow platforms.
• Professional certifications from Google, Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, NVIDIA, OpenAI, or Anthropic.
