Senior Manager, Program Management (Last Mile Capacity Planning)

hirify.global operates e-commerce and delivery services, including Rocket Delivery and Rocket Overseas, and is expanding its operations in Taiwan.

What you will do

• Design, build, and execute last-mile capacity and volume allocation models across Taiwan delivery nodes.
• Own short- and long-term volume forecasting and tender planning for internal and delivery partner networks.
• Manage delivery partner performance through contractual SLAs, capacity acceptance targets, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with delivery camp operations to reduce driver dwell time, improve staging and dispatch, and optimize camp capacity.
• Analyze delivery failures, volume bottlenecks, and carrier capacity dropouts to develop automated and scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and BI teams to improve forecasting algorithms, tender automation, and operational dashboards.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in last-mile logistics, capacity planning, transportation network design, delivery partner management, or supply chain analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Experience managing outsourced delivery partner networks and governing vendor SLAs, unit economics, and contractual performance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing large datasets; advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency is required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
• English proficiency is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience in fast-paced e-commerce, retail, or delivery partner logistics environments.
