Affiliate Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: LATAM; candidates can be based in Montevideo, Mexico City, Bogotá, or Buenos Aires. Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with LATAM affiliates and marketing partners.
• Coordinate with business development, marketing trafficking, and internal teams to execute campaigns, provide tracking links, and fulfill partner requests.
• Analyze affiliate performance, audience channels, and trading models to identify growth opportunities and improve conversions and deposits.
• Support partners with product information, promotional concepts, tailored messaging, and content for social media, webinars, videos, and educational materials.
• Monitor campaign execution for alignment with agreed plans, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
• Track partner activity, report performance metrics, and share market and competitor insights with management and the regional team.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate, partner, influencer, growth, or digital marketing.
• Commercial mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and confidence discussing marketing strategies, audiences, content, and campaigns with partners.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.
• Experience with the LATAM market and an existing affiliate or partner network are advantageous.
• Spanish is mandatory and English is required.
• Resumes must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in FX/CFD, fintech, financial services, crypto, or another performance-driven digital industry.
• Portuguese, particularly for candidates covering Brazil.
