TL;DR
Organic Growth Lead (Fintech): Leading technical and international SEO, AI discovery optimization, and website growth for a financial services platform with an accent on organic acquisition, multilingual discoverability, and conversion performance. Focus on building scalable SEO and content frameworks, improving visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, and connecting search performance to measurable customer acquisition.
Location: Kraków, Poland or Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid working with most team members in the office two days per week.
Salary: 14,900–22,390 PLN gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Set and deliver the global organic search strategy across technical, international and content SEO.
- Lead crawling, indexing, JavaScript rendering, site architecture, internal linking, structured data and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Develop AEO and GEO strategies for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Own the marketing website growth roadmap, improving customer journeys, landing pages, conversion paths and experimentation.
- Build reporting that connects organic visibility, AI visibility, qualified traffic and website performance to customer acquisition and commercial outcomes.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing, Design, Compliance and external partners.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SEO, organic growth or web-led customer acquisition with demonstrable commercial results.
- Deep technical SEO expertise, including crawling, indexing, JavaScript rendering, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience leading international and multilingual SEO across multiple countries.
- Practical knowledge of AEO and GEO and how AI platforms discover, assess and cite information.
- Experience owning or significantly influencing a commercial website roadmap, conversion optimization and experimentation.
- Strong analytical, prioritization and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience measuring visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or similar platforms.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, marketplaces or international consumer products.
- Experience working with Compliance in a regulated environment.
