Associate Technician Production Operations (Chemical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Weigh, organize, and document chemical components using SOPs, batch records, work orders, and product specifications.
• Blend bulk reagent pools safely and accurately for production processes.
• Use calibrated laboratory equipment to test temperature, background, pH, and conductivity.
• Maintain pool quality and complete required production documentation.
• Support cleanliness and 5S standards in the tank farm, chemical storage areas, and in-process laboratories.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or another scientific field, and/or several years of related chemical-handling experience.
• Experience handling, weighing, mixing, or testing chemicals and chemical products.
• Ability to understand and communicate critical safety and technical information.
• Ability to follow regulated procedures and keep training documentation current.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely maneuver heavy drums frequently.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with bulk batch liquid manufacturing processes.
