Location: Melaka, Malaysia; onsite factory role

What you will do
- Prepare, review, and evaluate quality specifications, defect criteria, inspection procedures, and testing requirements.
- Monitor quality trends and support the QA Manager in driving corrective and continuous improvement actions.
- Investigate quality complaints from intercompany and external customers and coordinate corrective actions with Production, Maintenance, Process, and R&D teams.
- Prepare routine and new-product test plans, coordinate laboratory tests, and maintain test reports.
- Coordinate FAT execution, prepare witness test reports and cable certificates of conformity, and attend customer-requested meetings.
- Maintain ISO 9001 and HSE documentation, coordinate test equipment calibration, and participate in QIT, safety, 5S, and first-aid activities.
Requirements
- Experience with quality specifications, inspection procedures, testing requirements, and defect analysis.
- Ability to analyze customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions across production and technical functions.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HSE documentation control.
- Experience coordinating laboratory tests, test equipment calibration, FAT activities, and technical reports.
- Willingness to work onsite in Melaka, Malaysia.
