Senior Manager, Finance (Data Centres)

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Australia finance reporting team, providing coaching, direction, and technical guidance.
• Oversee statutory and management reporting for Australian entities, including month-end close, reconciliations, reporting packs, and financial statement audits.
• Review financial results, investigate variances, and provide commentary and insights to management and Group stakeholders.
• Lead technical accounting assessments for commercial contracts, acquisitions, expansion projects, divestments, financing structures, and restructuring activities.
• Support asset monetization and other capital-related projects while coordinating accounting conclusions with auditors, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and regional finance teams.
• Drive reporting process standardization, automation, system enhancements, governance, and control improvements.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with CA, CPA, or equivalent certification and 10–15 years of experience in financial reporting, controllership, or technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of AASB and IFRS, including experience with complex transactions and technical accounting papers.
• Experience leading and coaching small, high-performing finance teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in statutory reporting, month-end close, and audit management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Group Reporting, Tax, Legal, Treasury, Finance Operations, FP&A, and external auditors.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
