What you will do
- Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and standards.
- Manage HACCP, Halal, and other applicable certifications.
- Oversee laboratory operations, product release, and quality control systems.
- Handle customer complaints, corrective and preventive actions, supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and coach the QA/QC team and promote a strong quality and food safety culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Halal, food safety, and quality management systems.
- Experience managing audits, certifications, and customer quality requirements.
- Leadership, people management, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Good English proficiency.
