What you will do

• Provide strategic intelligence and actionable advice on Indonesia’s political-military environment, government priorities, and regulatory developments.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with the Presidential Executive Office, ministries, defense institutions, and the Indonesian Armed Forces.
• Coordinate institutional engagement with the Ministry of Defense, the Defense Industry Policy Committee, and the Army, Navy, and Air Force commands.
• Engage additional government agencies and Indonesian embassies abroad to support cross-sector initiatives and national strategic interests.
• Prepare reports, talking points, and executive briefings for high-level forums.
• Advise on reputation, governance, and compliance risks in institutional activities.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of senior-level experience in the defense forces, government service, or international strategic affairs.
• Verifiable access to senior leadership in the Presidential Office, Ministry of Defense, and all three branches of the Indonesian Armed Forces.
• Mastery of formal protocols and cultural nuances for engagement with senior military officers and government officials.
• Strong analytical skills for synthesizing governmental and military information into actionable strategy.
• Native-level formal and diplomatic Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Indonesian nationality is required for compliance with local regulatory protocols and high-level government and military engagement.
