Praetor Instructor Pilot (Aviation Training)

What you will do

• Deliver flight simulator and ground-school training in line with regulatory requirements, hirify.global curricula, and customer expectations.
• Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for client training and internal course development.
• Provide instruction across assigned aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and internal qualifications.
• Complete training records, maintain instructional qualifications, and recommend remedial training when required.
• After approximately 1.5+ years, subject to business needs, qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman.

Requirements

• Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
• Participation in hirify.global’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs, work in confined spaces, remain stationary for extended periods, and occasionally move objects weighing up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have

• Unrestricted PIC type rating.
• FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000+ total flight hours.
• Experience flying business aircraft.
• Prior instructional or training experience.
• Customer-service mindset, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
