Treasury Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Lead and develop the treasury function, scaling processes and implementing best practices.
• Manage relationships with banks and electronic money institutions, including fees, credit terms, service conditions, and account opening or closing.
• Analyze banking costs, optimize providers, and manage foreign exchange exposure and financial risks.
• Own KYC processes, regulatory compliance, payment documentation, bank card management, and operational correspondence.
• Execute payments when needed and prepare reporting on turnover, balances, and financial performance.
• Improve and automate treasury processes and support the transition to a new ERP system.

Requirements

• Experience managing treasury operations across banks, EMIs, and crypto partners.
• Ability to manage banking relationships, KYC processes, regulatory compliance, and payment operations.
• Experience analyzing banking costs, foreign exchange exposure, and financial risks.
• Ability to prepare management reporting and coordinate with Accounting, Financial Control, and Product teams.
• Ability to support treasury data structures and workflows during an ERP transition.
