Senior SAP S/4HANA Operations/Manufacturing SR BPM (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid work based in Brazil or Finland, with three to four days per week in the office; limited international travel required.

What you will do

• Lead business process design, harmonization, governance, and continuous improvement for manufacturing and operations in SAP S/4HANA.
• Define future-state process models, business requirements, and scalable solutions with business leaders and Information Technology teams.
• Prepare the existing SAP landscape by streamlining processes and improving data quality ahead of the transformation.
• Support SAP S/4HANA deployment through solution design, testing, training, cutover, hypercare, and defect resolution.
• Integrate Manufacturing Execution Systems, automation, and shop-floor technologies with SAP.
• Lead workshops, process assessments, documentation, and cross-functional project workstreams while mentoring business and Information Technology resources.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of SAP experience with deep expertise in manufacturing and operations processes.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or large-scale transformation programs in global manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing execution, inventory management, quality management, and supply chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with MES, automation, process control environments, and manufacturing system integration.
• Previous experience as a team lead, functional lead, or people manager, plus strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, documentation, testing, and change management skills.
• Experience with Agile project delivery and ability to work in the required hybrid model in Brazil or Finland.

• Experience with TrakSys Manufacturing Execution System.
• Experience with the SAP LP1 landscape.
