Set Up Specialist (Clinical Trials)

Salary: $75,480–$94,350 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate clinical trial setup, including site selection, regulatory document preparation, and study material distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on study protocols, timelines, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and other regulatory guidelines.
• Support study teams and sites by addressing issues during the setup process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for study setup activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, clinical research, healthcare management, or a related field.
• Experience with clinical trial setup, regulatory submissions, or site management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
