What you will do
- Establish, review, and update global acceptance criteria for harmonized assay quality control materials.
- Monitor regional laboratory investigations related to proficiency testing failures.
- Maintain the Scientific Database and administer the test code system.
- Monitor global inventories of reagents, calibrators, and quality control materials.
- Deliver training and facilitate and document global technical meetings.
- Collaborate with assay development, scientific review, data management, vendor, and laboratory management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a research or clinical laboratory environment.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment, clinical laboratory assays, quality control, and validation procedures.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control procedures.
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
