Study Coordinator (Clinical Research)

Location: Remote role; must reside in or near Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day site communications, document submissions, and study activities.
• Support pre-screening, screening, recruitment, re-consenting, and medical-record collection.
• Conduct protocol activities as directed by the Principal Investigator.
• Enter data, respond to system queries, and monitor clinical databases.
• Maintain documentation in line with IRB and FDA requirements.
• Support study closeout and other study-related site activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including at least two years of related education, knowledge, or skills.
• Current knowledge of and ability to apply ICH/GCP requirements, applicable regulations, guidelines, and SOPs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, delegate tasks when needed, and follow directives.
• Ability to use web-based research platforms on a Microsoft operating system laptop.
• Private remote workspace in or near Buenos Aires, Argentina.
