Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina. Part-time hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day hybrid, mornings.

What you will do
- Support site activation activities for assigned clinical studies in accordance with regulations, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Review regulatory and study documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Prepare, coordinate, distribute, and track documents exchanged with investigator sites and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate study information.
- Track regulatory, ethics, informed consent, and investigator pack document approvals and releases.
- Support the distribution, recollection, and tracking of imported and exported study materials.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in life sciences.
- Good command of English is required.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work part time in the stated hybrid schedule.
