Product Lead, Verticals (Core Cards & Stablecoins)

Location: Hybrid work in Bogota D.C., Colombia; Mexico City, Mexico; or Sao Paulo, Brazil. Office presence is expected organically and during ramp-up or when required by the leader.

What you will do

• Drive the evolution of card-processing infrastructure, including issuing, card flows, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and payment applications.
• Own discovery and execution for stablecoin-powered payment flows integrated with corporate card infrastructure.
• Translate Travel, Fuel/Fleet, and Corporate Cards requirements into scalable core-platform capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance, card processors, Mastercard, and other network providers.
• Prototype and ship configuration changes, copy, feature flags, and simple UI updates using AI tools and GitHub workflows.
• Define and track platform metrics using SQL, dashboards, Metabase, and cohort analytics.

Requirements

• Working proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or a hybrid building role.
• Hands-on experience with stablecoins, crypto payment rails, or blockchain-based settlement systems such as USDC, USDT, or on-chain payment flows.
• Experience with fintech, financial infrastructure, card issuing, or payment networks such as Mastercard or Visa.
• Technical fluency in web architecture and comfort with GitHub workflows, including branches, commits, and diffs.
• Experience with SQL, dashboards, cohort analytics, cross-functional communication, and data-driven product decisions.

Nice to have

• Basic Portuguese proficiency or willingness to learn it.
• Knowledge of Latin American regulatory and compliance requirements for crypto payments, stablecoins, and card issuing in Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil.
• Experience using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python to build custom data models and evaluate metrics.
