Assoc Partner, Consult Partner - Resiliency (AI)

Location: Dallas, United States

Salary: $185,760–$334,320 per year in the U.S.; regional ranges may vary. The role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus or sales commission plan.

What you will do

• Advise CXO executives and shape strategic change agendas for Fortune 500 accounts.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex enterprise-scale consulting engagements.
• Design and deliver solutions across enterprise resiliency, incident response, cybersecurity, hybrid infrastructure, and AI-enabled infrastructure.
• Drive business development, pipeline conversion, revenue growth, fee negotiation, and margin management.
• Oversee delivery quality, project performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.
• Develop consulting frameworks, thought leadership, and junior team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing C-suite relationships and consultative selling in a major consulting or corporate environment.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale technology engagements.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including deal scoping, revenue generation, fee negotiation, and margin management.
• Deep expertise in enterprise resiliency, cyber resiliency, incident response, or hybrid infrastructure modernization.
• Professional certifications in enterprise architecture, resiliency, or cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating artificial intelligence with hybrid infrastructure.
• Security market leadership or CISO advisory consulting expertise.
• Published thought leadership, white papers, or proprietary consulting frameworks.
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CBCP, or cloud enterprise architecture credentials.
• Master’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
