Senior GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Armenia; hybrid

What you will do

• Own email infrastructure, including domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, deliverability monitoring, and HubSpot lifecycle email architecture.
• Evaluate, build, launch, and improve AI SDRs with defined data sources, guardrails, metrics, and cost-per-meeting analysis.
• Design and maintain GTM architecture across HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Gong, hirify.globalWork, Tableau, automation tools, and data warehouses.
• Build and maintain MCP servers and integrations that connect RevOps, Sales, and Marketing workflows to Claude.
• Replace repetitive RevOps and GTM work with reliable, monitored automations.
• Create architecture diagrams, runbooks, and data rules while coordinating access and data handling with Security and Legal.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in software, data, integrations, or GTM engineering.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills, plus REST APIs, webhooks, and SQL.
• Production experience building and operating integrations between SaaS tools.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce, as well as tools such as Clay and Zapier.
• Understanding of email deliverability and sending infrastructure.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience with AI agents or LLM-based automations.
• AI SDR experience.
