What you will do
- Translate texts from English into French across corporate communications, insurance, and technology.
- Revise internal and external translations to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Use memoQ and Globalese appropriately in translation and revision workflows.
- Review vendor translations and provide guidance to other team members.
- Balance approximately 60% revision work with 40% translation work while meeting productivity goals.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of translation experience.
- Bilingual French and English proficiency, with 10 years of bilingual experience.
- At least 8 years of experience with FlowFit and memoQ.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to answer questions as a subject-matter resource.
- Experience conducting terminological research.
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 2 days onsite in Montreal.
