Agentic AI AI Runtime & Performance Lead (AI)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America; Houston office in-office requirement: 4 days

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Define AI runtime architecture and model execution strategies.
• Lead performance optimization and benchmark methodology development.
• Build software platforms and projects aligned with business, security, and engineering strategies.
• Establish software standards, designs, and automated deployment practices.
• Drive software engineering strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives, project planning, testing, and delivery of applications and tools.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in software design and development, software architecture, programming, or a related field.
• Strong Linux and Windows expertise.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, software engineering, DevOps, automation, scalability, APIs, microservices, and full-stack development.
• Experience with C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and React.

Nice to have

• Experience with edge AI platforms.
• Experience with device telemetry systems.
