Risk CRM Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Monitor CRM and promotional activities from a risk perspective.
• Review campaign mechanics and identify potential issues before launch.
• Analyze user behavior and operational data to detect unusual patterns and anomalies.
• Investigate risk-related cases and prepare clear findings and recommendations.
• Work with BI reports and internal data to support day-to-day risk analysis.
• Collaborate with CRM, Affiliate, and other internal teams to improve risk processes and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming, preferably in Risk, Fraud, KYC, CRM, VIP, Customer Support, or a related area.
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience working with reports or operational data.
• Understanding of bonuses, promotions, user behavior, or risk-related processes.
• Intermediate English or higher.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, proactive approach, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
