Risk Analyst (Enterprise Risk Management)

What you will do

• Administer the operational risk platform, including RCSA, Risk Event Management, and Internal Signing Authorities applications.
• Participate in system enhancement projects by developing requirements and performing testing.
• Support program updates through user assistance, training materials, and best-practice guides.
• Respond to user questions about system functionality and program requirements.
• Produce operational risk metrics, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Enhance risk analytics and consolidate risk reporting across Enterprise Risk Management.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data visualization or reporting tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Cognos.
• Experience with relational database environments, structures, and queries, including SQL or Oracle.
• Understanding of risk principles and practices for assessing controls and effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, create impactful presentations, and collaborate across functions and organizational levels.

• Audit, risk, or compliance experience.
