Private Client Tax Director

Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom — hybrid

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 per annum

hirify.global is recruiting for a mid-sized accountancy firm with a Tax Advisory practice.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of high-quality, commercially focused tax advisory work.
• Advise business owners, shareholders and senior stakeholders on strategic tax matters.
• Provide guidance on business structuring, reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals, succession and exit planning, and shareholder matters.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships and collaborate with Corporate Finance, Accounting, Audit and specialist teams.
• Identify new Tax Advisory opportunities across existing clients and the wider market.
• Help grow the firm's Tax Advisory offering and build relationships with professional advisers and introducers.

Requirements

• Experience in professional services, accountancy or tax advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK taxation.
• Proven experience delivering complex tax advisory solutions.
• Experience working with owner-managed businesses and privately owned groups.
• CTA qualification is desirable, alongside ACA, ACCA or an equivalent qualification.
