Senior Recruiting Coordinator

What you will do

• Standardize recruiting workflows covering intake, pipeline stages, scorecards, interview loops, approvals, and onboarding handoffs.
• Own Ashby as the recruiting source of truth and maintain accurate pipelines, source tracking, scorecards, and candidate records.
• Build recruiting dashboards and reports covering funnel conversion, time-to-hire, channel performance, recruiter workload, and hiring blockers.
• Coordinate weekly recruiting syncs, capture decisions and action items, and follow through on execution.
• Maintain recruiting playbooks, Hiring Matrix documentation, Ashby guides, tools, and licenses.
• Onboard recruiters and coordinators and partner on recruiting automations, integrations, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, or talent program management.
• At least 2 years owning recruiting processes or operations for a team of recruiters.
• Hands-on Ashby experience or deep expertise with a comparable ATS and the ability to become an Ashby power user quickly.
• Experience building recruiting reports and dashboards used by leadership for decision-making.
• Experience in a high-growth company hiring at volume across multiple functions.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Russian; on-site availability in Almaty is required.
