Company
is hiring for a Business Support Systems role supporting telecoms software and operational environments.
What you will do
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy software products and services for BSS systems.
- Define and integrate technical solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic Server, SOA/OSB services, APIs, and supporting databases.
- Develop Java services and integrations aligned with microservices-oriented patterns.
- Prepare User Requirements Specification documents and align technical delivery with business requirements and approved designs.
- Support production and non-production environments, deployments, CI/CD processes, and the full product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business teams, stakeholders, vendors, development, testing, and operations teams while investigating incidents and security findings.
Requirements
- Three-year diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in the telecoms industry, specifically in Business Support and Operations Support environments.
- 2–5 years of advanced experience with Java-based applications, UNIX-related systems, CI/CD pipelines, relational databases or LDAP.
- Knowledge of XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, SQL, Oracle databases, LDAP, Linux commands, SDLC, software design principles, and microservices architectures.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring and logging tools, and cloud-native application deployment.
- Ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code and demonstrate problem-solving, troubleshooting, testing, communication, planning, and adaptability skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and databases or eDirectory.
- Programming or scripting experience with Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or IBM Instana.
- Knowledge of OpenShift, AWS, Azure, or GCP and related compute, storage, and networking services.
