Media Operations Coordinator (FTC)

Location: London Television Centre, London, United Kingdom — hybrid

Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per year plus £5,441 London Weighting, pro rata for the 8-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Coordinate asset sourcing, ingest, and delivery for branded content projects and regional FAST channel operations.
• Create material orders supporting global content sales and distribution.
• Onboard clients, service providers, and third-party vendors onto operational platforms.
• Manage delivery workflows, content localisation requirements, inventories, and workflow metrics.
• Build relationships with Operations, Sales, Technology, and external partners while resolving delivery issues.
• Contribute to the development of operational processes and strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in media supply chain, media operations, or content delivery.
• Understanding of post-production workflows and content delivery processes.
• Experience with digital media formats, content assets, compression, and delivery specifications.
• Knowledge of FAST, VOD, OTT, linear streaming, and other content distribution platforms.
• Experience using Media Asset Management systems.
• Ability to work in the hybrid London-based setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based media environments.
• Understanding of technical and descriptive metadata.
• Experience in international content distribution, localisation workflows, or vendor management.
• Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
