What you will do

• Lead daily operations for a digital content team, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.
• Translate brand and franchise strategies into large-scale cross-channel YouTube execution plans.
• Identify growth opportunities through data, platform insights, audience behavior, and YouTube expertise.
• Coordinate with marketing and external teams on campaign launches, cross-promotion, and brand initiatives.
• Report channel performance, KPIs, audience growth, testing outcomes, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Coach and develop junior team members through feedback, knowledge-sharing, and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience managing YouTube channels and strong current knowledge of the YouTube platform.
• YouTube Certification is required.
• Proficiency with Photoshop.
• Proficiency in video editing using Premiere and/or Final Cut.
• Strong experience leading digital content teams and applying data-driven creative judgment.
• Additional languages are an asset but are not essential.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of YouTube Content ID.
• Experience with animation or children’s content.
