Focus on reconciling SAP records, completing customer invoicing, maintaining payment information, and supporting financial projects.
Location: East Syracuse, New York, USA; onsite at an facility
Salary: $18 per hour

What you will do
- Assist with fixed asset physical inventory and records retention.
- Reconcile SAP records with vendor and customer statements.
- Monitor the accounts payable inbox, process invoices in SAP, and obtain approvals.
- Confirm vendor information, support vendor setup, and maintain bank payment details.
- Obtain customer credit reference data, follow up on overdue invoices, and complete daily customer invoicing.
- Complete selected balance sheet reconciliations and contribute to assigned finance projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Introductory accounting courses completed with a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High efficiency, accuracy, responsibility, organization, and time management.
- Motivation and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Reliable transportation is required because the facility is not conveniently located near a bus route.
