Marketing Operations Associate (Fintech)

Location: Remote, based in the United States; EST working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. preferred.

Salary: $30–$50 per hour, based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Process lender compliance updates, APRs, disclosures, and regulated content across landing pages and internal systems.
• Build Google Sheets reports and dashboards, analyze campaign and partner performance, and review billing data.
• Manage Student Loans marketplace landing pages, lender display order, partner requests, and logo split tests.
• Configure affiliate campaigns in Voluum and provide creative assets to traffic partners.
• Reconcile partner invoices, maintain payout and revenue terms, and investigate reporting discrepancies.
• Track partner contracts in Ironclad and coordinate onboarding, renewals, and operational requests across Marketing, Finance, lenders, and partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• Approximately 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred, including marketing operations, affiliate marketing, reconciliation, project coordination, account management, or administrative operations.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and dashboards.
• Ability to reconcile numerical data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial and operational records.
• Strong written communication, organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and judgment when handling regulated content, contracts, invoices, and partner communications.
• Ability to learn platforms and internal tools including Voluum, Ironclad, WordPress, Amplitude, Databricks, and custom systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate tracking, attribution, or click-tracking platforms such as Voluum, Impact Radius, Everflow, CAKE, or TUNE.
• Knowledge of CPL, CPA, attribution, conversion tracking, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with financial operations, SQL, data warehouses, contract management platforms, or WordPress.
• Experience using AI tools or lightweight automation such as Claude Code, Zapier, or LLM-based assistants.
