Development Lab Administrator (Networking)

What you will do

• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and plan working lab environments for users.
• Deploy virtual machines to create network topologies and testing scenarios.
• Install, activate, configure, patch, and upgrade software in lab environments.
• Develop approaches for simulating and testing real-world product conditions.
• Document testing requests, formulate test plans, perform feature and functional testing, and report results.
• Partner with product management and other stakeholders on lab, software, and business activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a related technical role such as IT support, customer support engineering, DevOps, or product management.
• Experience operating VMware and configuring Windows and Linux systems.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, packet capture, DNS, and DHCP.
• Technical degree or relevant certifications, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Cisco, or VMware.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures in a global organization.
• Strong research and technical writing skills, including the ability to use AI to collect, organize, and integrate information.

• Writing samples demonstrating the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
