Business Development Executive (Fintech)

Location: Remote, Kazakhstan

Salary: USD 800–1,000 gross per month

Canada-based fintech company operating in copy trading, proprietary trading, and forex brokerage across international markets.

What you will do

• Identify and acquire new clients and business partners in the Kazakhstan market.
• Promote prop trading, copy trading, and forex products.
• Build and maintain relationships with traders, affiliates, introducing brokers, and partners.
• Generate and follow up on leads while supporting client onboarding.
• Research the Kazakhstan market and identify new business opportunities.
• Work with marketing and other teams to support growth and achieve business development targets.

Requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition.
• Good understanding of the Kazakhstan market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in forex, CFD, prop trading, crypto, fintech, or financial services.
