Midweight Social & Motion Designer (Social Media)

Location: Hybrid — 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

What you will do

• Conceptualise and create social-first static and motion content tailored to platform behaviours and audience expectations.
• Apply brand guidelines accurately while delivering distinctive creative execution.
• Collaborate with Client Services to deliver high-quality work on time and to brief.
• Work with copywriters, strategists, and social creatives to turn ideas into visually compelling, insight-led design.
• Guide clients toward bold and effective creative solutions, and present design decisions clearly.

Requirements

• Experience creating design-led animations and motion graphics for video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience working in a social-first agency and delivering creative assets for clients.
• Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for design.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
