Strategy & Transformation Coach (AI): Leading AI and data strategy, operating model, and transformation work from ambiguous early-stage conversations through delivery with an accent on business–technology alignment, senior stakeholder facilitation, and client capability building. Focus on turning unclear ambitions into actionable decisions, designing governance and roadmaps, and ensuring transformation value survives contact with production.
Location: Helsinki metropolitan area, Finland, with regular days at the client's office

What you will do
- Lead early, ambiguous AI and data conversations with business leaders, turning vague ambitions into clear problems, options, and decisions.
- Shape client-specific AI and data strategies, operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps.
- Bridge business and technical teams so strategic intent remains aligned during implementation and delivery.
- Help clients identify where AI fits their processes and business models, including when the right decision is to wait.
- Coach client leaders and teams to build lasting transformation capability and ownership.
- Contribute expertise to early client discussions, proposals, and broader transformation themes at .
Requirements
- Professional Finnish and fluent English are required.
- Proven experience leading real strategy, digital, data, AI, or broader organisational transformation; this is not an entry-level role.
- Credibility working with senior stakeholders up to C-level across complex organisations and competing interests.
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clear problems, options, decisions, and practical visual models.
- Strong judgement in assessing AI solutions against organisational data, governance, maturity, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to coach clients toward independent ownership rather than long-term dependency.
