Psychologist (Spanish, English, and Portuguese)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in the Madrid office and 3 days from home

What you will do

• Coordinate members’ clinical journeys, emotional support, and case management.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, ATS risk assessments, and short-term CBT interventions.
• Coordinate care with Spanish-, Portuguese-, and English-speaking provider networks.
• Respond to high-risk cases and provide immediate bilingual support and follow-up.
• Maintain clinical records and documentation in Salesforce in line with global standards and local legal requirements.

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese; C1 level required in all three languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
• Registered Health Psychologist (Psicólogo General Sanitario) or equivalent accreditation to practice clinically in Spain.
• At least 3 years of experience in CBT and clinical assessment.
• More than 5 years of blended experience in psychotherapy, acute crisis intervention, and complex case management.
• Experience with CRM and clinical management platforms.
