Senior Clinical Research Associate 1 (Sponsor Dedicated)

Location: Madrid, Spain; the role includes on-site monitoring visits and travel.

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Support the development of subject recruitment plans.
• Evaluate site practices against regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice, and ICH guidelines.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment progress, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
• Collaborate with study-site experts and client representatives.

Requirements

• University degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• At least two years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Very good MS Office skills, flexibility to travel, and a Class B driver's license.
