Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; the work model prioritizes in-person collaboration and includes shifts, including night shifts.

What you will do
- Accept, log, categorize, prioritize, manage, and close security incidents for customer environments.
- Create and maintain complete incident records covering the full incident lifecycle.
- Ensure incidents are handled within defined service-level agreements.
- Perform generic troubleshooting within the applicable cybersecurity technology platform.
- Escalate incidents to security support teams when required.
- Work closely with other teams under the supervision of team management in a 24x7 operational environment.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or holding equivalent certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CCNP, or SNIA.
- Fluent English is required.
- Understanding of 24x7 mission-critical enterprise computing environments and the impact of service disruption.
- Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, security, teamwork, and customer-focused skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes proactively and work under pressure in an international, culturally diverse organization.
