Quality Coordinator (Automotive)

What you will do

• Maintain customer communication, monitor customer feedback, interpret customer-specific requirements, and manage proactive issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving activities, corrective actions, containment measures, 8D reporting, and customer complaint follow-up.
• Coordinate APQP reviews, product launches, System Release meetings, feasibility studies, Process FMEA reviews, control plans, and PPAP submissions.
• Monitor VOC, VOP, quality performance indicators, product audits, and shop-floor quality surveillance, driving PDCA and continuous improvement actions.
• Prepare for customer and internal audits, maintain work instructions and procedures, and ensure compliance with process operating specifications.
• Coordinate quality training, team workload balancing, employee development support, environmental standards, 5S, HSE compliance, and at least one annual Kaizen project.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Experience in quality management within the automotive sector.
• Team management capabilities and the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills for customer and cross-functional collaboration.
• Commitment to quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
