What you will do
- Implement, plan, coordinate, and follow up on engineering changes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain engineering change documentation, technical files, information systems, and SAP material and time data.
- Define investments and monitor budgets for engineering changes and new models.
- Define wire and tube lengths for harnesses and prepare splice configuration documents.
- Coordinate PFMEA reviews, pre-series and after-sales harness assembly, and corrective actions.
- Support design reviews, risk escalation, customer and certification audits, overtime monitoring, and compliance with quality procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial experience in a Manufacturing Engineering department.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to quality standards and functional procedures.
