What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain banking applications using Python, PHP, and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams to define and deliver new features.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and reliable software solutions.
- Improve application performance, scalability, responsiveness, code quality, documentation, and automation.
- Investigate technical issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, participate in code reviews, and support existing banking applications.
- Contribute to the improvement of development processes, tools, and technical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PHP, and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of software development principles, application architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills, with an interest in banking and financial systems.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services.
