CNC Machining Manager (Manufacturing): Managing CNC turning, milling, and multitask machining operations at a manufacturing facility with an accent on quality, delivery performance, staffing, budgeting, and compliance. Focus on leading and developing the machining team, optimizing processes, managing capital expenditure, and implementing continuous improvements across the plant.
Location: Batam, Indonesia; onsite work across the office and manufacturing shop-floor environment. Domestic relocation is not available.

What you will do
- Manage CNC turning, milling, and multitask machining operations to meet quality, delivery, cost, and process requirements.
- Lead, coach, staff, train, and evaluate the machining team while maintaining productivity and performance standards.
- Set department objectives and KPIs, monitor task completion, and manage performance records.
- Prepare machining budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure proposals from planning through completion.
- Implement manufacturing, quality, environmental health and safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate technical resources and supplier relationships to support projects and operational performance.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in engineering.
- At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in machining.
- Experience with CNC turning, milling, and multitask operations.
- Knowledge of budgeting, manufacturing standards, plant facilities management, problem solving, and supplier management.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to move actively throughout the plant, climb stairs and steps, and lift, push, and pull equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
