develops and operates the Game Aggregator, a high-load casino games API platform connecting operator platforms with multiple remote game servers through a single integration.
What you will do
- Connect clients to the aggregator platform and coordinate integrations with game providers.
- Support client setup requests and technical onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate technical and operational documentation and project records.
- Manage tasks, updates, and communication using Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve client issues and setup requests.
- Monitor integration progress and ensure timely completion of setup activities.
Requirements
- English at B1 level or higher.
- Russian at B2 level or higher.
- Experience in iGaming, technical support, or a similar operational role.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.
