Clinical Operations Manager (Pharma)

What you will do

• Manage financial and contractual oversight for multiple global client projects.
• Complete month-end activities, revenue recognition, forecasting, variance analysis, and backlog adjustments.
• Oversee project invoicing, investigate aged debt, and support timely invoice payment.
• Monitor project and customer activity against contract terms and coordinate with Contracts, Legal, Strategic Pricing, and Finance.
• Prepare and present financial results for monthly finance, operational, and business reviews.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and provide guidance and training to operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company in a project management capacity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, teamwork, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a flexible, challenging environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Peoplesoft is preferred.
