What you will do
- Create customer journeys and detailed interaction flows across channels.
- Define product requirements based on business and customer needs while considering governing policies and regulations.
- Support Product Owners in detailing customer experiences and facilitate discussions with subject matter experts.
- Translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct post-mortems to assess the effectiveness and completeness of implemented fixes.
- Improve Help Center and Gigi flows in collaboration with CX designers.
Requirements
- Experience with customer journey mapping and interaction-flow design.
- Ability to translate analytics into product insights and recommendations.
- Ability to develop requirements that account for customer needs, business goals, policies, and regulations.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, CX designers, and subject matter experts.
