Head of Finance (Pinnacle Drinks)

A large Australian group operating liquor retail, hospitality, owned beverage brands, manufacturing, supply, and distribution businesses.

What you will do

• Oversee the finance function for a portfolio of owned liquor brands, production and bottling assets, sourcing operations, and exports.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to the Managing Director and leadership team.
• Lead long-term strategy, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, capital expenditure, and cost-to-serve models.
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and internal and external reporting across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• CA, CPA, or an equivalent tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or beverage sectors.
• Strong commercial business partnering, financial modeling, and commercial outcomes experience.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including influencing executive decisions and mentoring teams.
• Ability to work from Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
